Only open Friday and Saturday nights. I like this line from Chef Kevin Koebel: "There's a massive quantity of natural herbs that we use every day; garlic, the mint family, sage, rosemary, Italian parsleys -- all originating from the Mediterranean -- tomatoes, peppers, arugula, basic ingredients. The Micronesian and Asian influences are more palate-driven than product-driven."

Excellent location for a date or anniversary. Call ahead and request sitting at the counter where the head chef or desert/salad chef sits. Don't forget to ask Rogue about his life prior to the restaurant - he's a real world traveler.
