This is the only place in or around Milwaukee to get authentic and delicious Chinese food. Most restaurants unfortunately serve nothing but sweet and sour chicken to cater to the pedestrian and juvenile palates of those who usually subsist solely on cheeseburgers, but Fortune's menu will please anyone who is interested in authentic (mostly Cantonese) cuisine. Be sure to try the salt and pepper shrimp, the seafood supreme soup, and the beef with black pepper sauce. They also have traditional cold plates, like marinated jellyfish. I believe they have two menus (one for the sweet and sour chicken folks and one for those that will actually eat jellyfish), so ask for the latter when you're seated.
