The one thing to know about this place...

Karen: Does anyone have more info on when they are moving?

Howard Park: We got there an hour before it opened--and there was already a line. By the time we ordered (which you do in line, before you even enter the restaurant), there were about 50 people waiting for at most 20 seats. I HATE THIS PLACE!!! But I can't stop coming back.

Annie Chang: "Our ramen is not vegitarian food." (True signage!

JP Park: I have to vote for the stewed pork. Which will be completely sold out before noon. And remember, no good ramen restaurant seats more than 4 at a table.

Anja Lee: Porky pork goodness. Does not have as thick of a broth as Tenkaippin but that doesn't mean it wasn't the best ramen I've had in ALL of the continental US! Now I must nap.

Adam Rifkin: Get there 11:15am for lunch because the line for awesome ramen in creamy (non-dairy, non-vegetarian) broth starts 20 minutes before they open. Peruse the Japanese wall menu and repeat with me the mantra: "Roast pork, pork base." Yummy!! (more pictures)

Yi M: They're moving! Near Nijiya Market on El Camino in San Mateo. It's in the same strip mall as the Men's Warehouse and Joann Fabrics. Across the street from Heidi Pie. Hopefully, they'll be able to handle more people! Note: I originally posted this in April, but it looks like they might not be moving until sometime in October.
