The one thing to know about this place...
JP Park:
I love Heimerhaus, but it's almost impossible to avoid carbs because a lot of the yummiest sandwiches have melted cheese. Plus they have Dirty Chips and Vitamin Water.

awesome value, great quirky atmosphere and it's fair share of history at this location. oh wait, that's three things :)

Every sandwich here has a name related to a pop culture personality. They even give you a pickle and Andes mint. Turkey lovers be warned though, it's the Sysco compressed stuff.

The tastiness of their sandwiches is only surpassed by the cleverness of the names of the sandwiches.

competent neighborhood sandwich shop serving named sandwiches with tasty mustard for $6-7, the "Heimerhaus Sub" has 7 kinds of meat & cheese, unfortunately not all of them go well with each other
