JP Park:
Really a bar with unusually good food, more than a restaurant. Maybe due to all the drinking of hard liquor, the food can be aggressively salted. Expect a long wait for tables, usually no wait for stools at the huge counter.

As with the Tom Douglas restaurant Etta's, be sure to leave room for the coconut creme pie!
Howard Park:
Lusty food- and drink-fest around a horseshoe-shaped bar. Menu includes artisan cheeses, mussels with chorizo, and duck with goat-cheese gnocchi.
